This is with regards to the latest announcement about full caps
INSTEAD OF BERATING THE MEMBERS, TRY TURNING OFF "SHOUTING" IN THREAD TITLES VIA THE ADMIN CONTROL PANEL.
Really, the full caps in titles issue should have been raised in Staff, not a full-board announcement.

Some threads are okay for full caps. Not many, but still some. And I'm hardly berating anyone by giving them a quick lesson in netiquette.

EDIT: To be fair, I don't actually mind 50% of full caps thread titles. It's just the unneeded ones that are less like "WAHOO!" and more like "WHERE DO I FIND THE LOCAL BREWERY I HAVE RUN OUT OF ALCOHOL AFTER MY FLATMATE DRANK IT ALL AND DIDN'T LEAVE ANY FOR ME ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT."

I never noticed a problem with thread titles in all caps. And why did you mention me in the announcement? I'm going to start posting all my thread titles in all-caps from now on.
