hi! this is new one. it says LSA Shell then when i clicked the 'don't send' button it forces the pc to restart for 55 sec.

how to remove this? the past windows update doesn't work anymore (RPC)

Sasser worm, newish exploit. I assume you're using WinXP, so the relevant patch is here.
