Unfortunately, there's only a 2% chance that they'll drop them, so you'll have to be patient in order to get them.

Equip the abilities that increase the chance of getting rare items from monsters to make it easier
Having Lucky Strike on every character is a must.
Lucid Crystal: Darkball
Power Crystal: Wyvern
Bright Crystal: Defender
Shiny Crystal: Wizards

Give Donald two Crystal Crowns. They're awesome! Sora and Goofy should have one each.

B/c that leaves Sora room for two Omega Arts and gives Goofy enough room for... whatever you want to throw on his sorry ass. The Crystal Crown is best suited for characters with magic. Since Goofy has none, and Sora hardly uses any except Curaga, they only need one.
I would give Donald two Atlas Armlets myself, he becomes the powerhouse from hell. When Donald maxes out his MP, I usually don't have to do anything with Sora and Goofy, Donald can wipe them out with a Thundaga or a Gravija. That's just me though. Save the Crystal Crowns for Goofy, you'd be surprised how useful he becomes when he has some MP to use.
Bright Crystals?
Easier to get than Lucid ones (at least for me).
Equip everyone with Lucky Strike (at the time I only had Donald and Goofy equipped) and also Strike Raid for Sora (I don't know why, but when I hit enemies with it, they drop an item most of the times).
