I also liked Ehrgeiz. After unlocking them, you can play as Cloud, Tifa, Vincent, Yuffie, and Sephiroth. It's also got an RPG mode, but that was kind of boring to me. I just liked the fighting parts. In one of the arenas, you can see a giant moogle doll (like what Cait Sith was using to move around...Cait Sith was actually the purple cat on top) above an exit.

Oh yeah, you can play as Zack too, but all his moves are the same as Cloud's.
