What are your favorite special characters?

Mine, so far, are Cloud, Orlandu, Beowulf, and Reis (in that order). I like Cloud more than Orlandu simply because it's Cloud from my favorite Fianl Fantasy game (other than Tactics), Final Fantasy VII .
