now, I know everyone wants to know about Reagan and Smarty Jones, but this is a very interesting story too. apparently the guy was disgruntled?

I blame Tarantino. :rolleyes2
I'm sorry, but I had to laugh when I heard about this story. Blame it on being desensitized, but that's seriously a hell of a way to go out.
xD
how are we (humanity) going to top this one?
the total opposite of the Arthur Dent approach to fighting zoning laws.
I think that the "Only in America" phrase belongs here. Maybe not, I don't know.
Yeah, that's pretty messed up. It was all over the news monitors when I was waiting to fly out of Colorado Springs airport.
ARGUMENT FROM GUITAR MASTERY
(1) Eric Clapton is God.
(2) Therefore, God exists.
Actually, thats how the news introduced it over here: "This is one of the stories you can think only happens in USA".Originally Posted by Yamaneko

The fact that they're even saying that is pretty saddening, really.Originally Posted by Shadow Nexus

Honestly, I don't know what to make of this story. The man was obviously in need of a hug of some sort, but never got it. Unfortunately, these sort of incidents will always occur because we can't keep tabs on every single person at every single moment of the day. There will always be folks who are unhappy with something and take it out with unhealthy actions.
The only in America label, made famous of course by Sir Big Hair, Don King, is usually used by other country's to show how petty and stupid Americans are, whilst, when used within the country, it is a sign of the undying will to succeed. Interesting, how the perspectives are very different.
Take care all.
