Heh, glad thats sorted. Okay the last lines are NOT referring to Blitzballs or movers. I'd recommend starting by working those out because there's not a lot of things they could refer to. Remember though, they talk about something that ISN'T the answer to the riddle.
Don't forget the fifth line, it has nothing to do with Relm, but it's still a big clue.

This seems impossible for me to solve. If the last lines isn't talking about the answere... then, doesn't that mean that they could talk about ANYTHING that isn't!? Ok, one last (random) guess from me... Gogo? I'm 99,8% sure it isn't.

Ooh, a lot of that logic was very the right kind of thinking. Unfortunately you're completely off with your answer. Good enough to warrant some bigger clues though.
The meaning of the word sketchy isn't massively important, it makes sense in context but only loosely, the fact I wrote 'sketch'y like that isn't a mistake though.
Try applying a lot of that logic but take a completely fresh approach, because for a start the answer isn't a person.

They say just fighting would be best... instead of running away.
But it's not just strength that I will test... Junctioning abilities ect.
To use me right is kinda 'sketch'y... maybe something with the summoning sequence
But great power I will fetch ye... thousand needles and junctioning etc.

They level up... orbs... exp egg? Or maybe THAT has something to do with Movers since they give alot exp in some of the games. Man, this is to hard for me, I let Doomsday or anyone else with a working brain answere this!

FFIIj's leveling up in-game cheat.
I stand alone not like the rest, (FFIIj has a strange way of leveling up compared to other games)
Now many think I am a pest, (It's hands down the hardest game in the series)
They say just fighting would be best, (The normal way to get exp)
But it's not just strength that I will test. (The trick utilizes knowledge of the battle mechanics)
To use me right is kinda 'sketch'y, (It is a cheat, which is sketchy... can't explain why 'sketch' is quoted)
But great power I will fetch ye. (It really soups you up good)
No orbs in sight to help you grow, (Not FFX here)
