Final Fantasy Riddles

Hmmmm, riddles seem to be getting less people trying to solve them these days. Guess I'll have to reveal the answer too.

As I said several times the fact that there was only three FFs and not for plot reasons was important. Three consecutive FFs aswell. The link, multiple discs. Obviously more needed, but that gets the answer.

A fallen ally then a fallen enemy, (Aeris, then Jenova)
Falling allies then fallen enemies. (Big clue with falling, parachute drop then Proud Clod, Hojo etc.)
A fallen leader but not for long, (Squall's recovery from Edea's ice attack)
Three then fall but is one gone? (Edea, Seifer and Rinoa who goes into a coma)
Four shall fall if four are there, (Beatrix wipes ut your party, but Quina isn't neccessarily in it)
Just who falls next and should we care? (So end of disc two, FFIX, the answer is Brahne)

Okay I've been thinking about this and hoping some people would guess, but the thread seems to be dieing...

This could probably twist for a few things, but I'll guess chocobos.

But only if you have enough. (This sounds like the way of calling them with greens in FFIX)

They'll stay untill the end. (They only came into the series a few in, and now they're not likely to be left out.)

I'm going to guess Summons.

Always there when it's needed, You can always summon them from a good monster/boss ass-whooping.
Never late, always prompt, Well, it might take a little time to summon them, but you usually know how long it will take and it rarely takes longer than expected for them to appear.
But only if you have enough. In most FFs, you need MP to summon them.
Not there at the beginning, The summoner class, and incidentally summons, appeared first in FFIII.
But now that they are here,
They'll stay untill the end. They've become as much of a trademark
of FF as Chocobos and Cid.

Okay this _Really_ sounds alot like Regent Cid from Final Fantasy IX to me, the only thing is he's the sixth Cid in the series, I just want to make sure it's not Regent Cid so I can get my mind off of it hahaha
