Bleys was getting harassed by ravenous hordes demanding a FFXII forum, so he gave 'em one... but they still weren't completely satisfied for some reason so he added the entertaining description.
Same goes for the KH forum.
In the thread people were badgering Bleys and he just said in the threads "Sod off and stop being so picky or I'll cut your knackers off with a chainsaw" and then people said that should be made into the forum description, and the rest, as they say, is history.
