My big bro just ordered FFXI two days again and it cam in today.We installed it then registered for playonline.After we registered we updated then went to play FFXI but when we got to the menu after we clicked on create character the screen went blank and we had to exit out of FFXI.
It's hard to tell...what graphic card do you have? But I don't know if FFXI even starts that far if 3d card isn't good enough.

You might need to update your drivers for your current card, mine did and no more crashing.
That was my problem ty.All we had to do was update the video card.:mog:
