hyper? as far as i know it differs per person, and per weed itself. But in strengthens your current mood, and right now i feel a bit sleepy, so ill get quite tired when im going to smoke. besides, have you ever had dutch weed? There's being a discussion held by the government whether to make it illegal or not, since weed nowadays is far stronger than back in the 80's.
