    It was the galbadian soldier at the missile base who was loading the missiles. Selphie and co. were ordered to move a mssile by him by repeatedly pressing what I think was the square button then they were given a message to pass on from him. The player got the option to mess up the answer or do as they were told. Im not guessing, Im definite (but I'll wait for conformation just in case (:x) )

    Yer right. It's a soldier on the matenence team at the missle base.

    So um.... who should get it? Rampala got it first but is was very general and Destai got it second but she got the exact person...
