I don't think you should start the figth by using kamikze. I actually think it's a bad idea to use it at all since the character who use it wont get any AP. If you think that your characters are to weak, then try to use some of the MAG-RF Abilities to get more Magics for your characters to junction. Don't give up, you'll beat her soon.
