Cait Sith...interesting
I read on this site that Cait Sith's second Limit Break has the capabilities to destroy Sepiroth, well technically. It said that on VERY rare occasions the 2nd Limit can kill all the enemies on the screen even bosses, so technically, wouldnt it work on Sepiroth?

I only ever got the 'kill everything' limit break once, fighting a few Head Hunters near Mideel. However, the reels stopped turning just after Cloud had counter-attacked and killed the last monster. So, I got the correct combination of reels, but the battle ended at that very instant.
Let's just say that I was less than happy...
I guess that limit break would work against the final opponents, too, since it can defeat the Weapons, which are even stronger.

I have seen it happen a few times. And what's really bad is when you almost get it but you instead get the one that kills all of your characters. I learned my lesson the hard way to always have someone with Death Force before using Cait Sith's limit break (well Slots at least), because it's happened to me several time (really unlucky, I know).

Death to All is the one that wipes out the party. Two Cait Siths and a Bar.
I find Slots too random for my tastes. I prefer Dice. The damage varies but the outcome is predictable.

The 2nd limit breaker can kill anything even emerald weapon; which is stronger then Sephiroth. That's why Cait Sith pwns.

He's useful for leveling up materia on Disc 1, because he gets a megaphone early on that has eight single growth slots (Silver M-phone).
