Yes, that happened to me just yesterday. I went to edit one of my posts, but instead of just getting the first post editted, I ended up with two posts. I don't know how that happened because it wasn't even an accident, in my opinion, because I followed all of the correct steps.
Oh well, you then just have to click on your edit/delte button and edit again.

I don't double post often, but when I do it's usually because my computer is being slow and I hit the post button a few times too many.

I have double posted (accidentally) one time. It was on June 29th, 2001, my first day here, when I was a wee noob. I remember exactly what it was. I told this guy what his name was as the answer to his question, and then I posted again asking another question. Kishi edited my post and put:

I sometimes have the same problem as Rye and press the button too many times and end up with two or three posts of the same thing, then I go back and edit them.
How's this feedback? It's about not liking double posting on accident, not some turd saying "HEYOriginally Posted by Baloki

i always thought double posting always meant you posted the same message two times. But last week or so, i posted two different messages after eachother, so two posts of mine stood next to eachother. And i didnt know it wasnt allowed. How noobish of me

I thought it was 30 seconds. Because I've tried posting in two different threads in 30 seconds, and they won't let me.
