Help: Message Board Creators Wanted!

A friend of mine and myself have been writing up the rules to a Final Fantasy Tactics Simulation RPG for a few weeks now, but need a person who is able to create a message board. Is there anyone out there who knows how to create a message board using the system on www.phpbb.com? Any help is appreciated, and if anyone does get interest in this we will forever be in your debt.
