Cloud, Barret, and Cid. I know Cloud had KOTOR, Barret had Mime, and Cid had Regen+All (mastered), Cure 3+All (mastered), and Debarrier for when Safer Sephiroth casts Wall on himself.
All I remember is that it was Cloud, Tifa and Red XII. My favoured combo since I first played the game. They be kew.

Oh no, the first time I ever beat it was Cloud/Barret/Red XIII. But my favorite party is Cloud/Tifa/Cid - their limits do the most.

It was Cloud (I think he might've had his best weapon, but it's been awhile now since my mom accidentally deleted that game..*twitch* I do know he had his level 3 limit breaks only though), Vincent (Chaos and Death Penalty), and Yuffie (Conformer, All Creation) for me. Also can't quite remember what level they were at.
Cloud, Tifa and Barrett. (Didn't know about Yuffie or Vincent first time round)
I think they all had every limit except their ultimates.... Tifa might've been on an earlier one.
Did anyone bother with the other party (or parties if the optional characters are there)? I've never actually tried it despite playing through like 20 times. "Are you concerned about the other party members?" ".... No, I'm a heartless b'ard remember!"
