Doesn't make much sense, it shouldn't be saying that. Are you sure you got rid of the content IDs, or just the handles? If you can't find any traces of the IDs, and they were indeed deleted, wait to see if they charge you the extra at the first of July, if so, contact their help line and straighten things out.
