    Grin *sings* 867-5309

Isn't that song the greatest? Actually since it's not an a priori concept there's some semblance of esoteria. So I'll elaborate. It's a song title by an artist called Tommy Tutone.

But that's not the point of this thread. Oh no. The point is abusing the esoteria:

Ladies: if you have ever been asked to give out your phone number, have you ever used the above phone number? If so, how did it go? If not, why aren't you out there giving out your phone number as 867-5309?

Mandies: have you ever received said phone number? Did you/do you now know what it means? If you didn't, can I laugh at you?

in the UK that might just pass as a cell phone number. otherwise no. and I've never recieved it from someone generally I get the real number of the girl in question cause I just lay it out for them "If you wanna reject me then thats fine just do it and you know if your interested in friendship then lets talk a little" not exact words but in the right area there.

    Good song, PG.

No one asks for my phone number, but that's a good one to use...even though my name isn't Jenny.

I'm a guy, and I've never asked for a chick's phone number. No need to, all the girls I've gone out with have their numbers in the directory.

When I was at layout for the school paper we called the rejection hotline, that thing is great. I wish I remember the number for the one in IL.

But see, giving a fake number and then 'magically having to leave because of some irrational reason' is less trouble causing -- the man thinks he's getting somewhere and the female leaves.

Imagine if she said 'no' -- questions, queries, and the like. She'll seem stuck-up, and etc.

All the girls I've asked for numbers have given legitimate ones. I guess that's good. Although none of them were really worth pursuing. I guess that's not so good.
