All I can say is, Kevin Garnett played like the MVP he is, but he just can't win when he has to play all 5 positions against a Laker squad with 4 great players at various positions.
Hopefully, when the Lakers win, which does seem inevitable, Kobe will go elsewhere, prison/Memphis?; Payton will be gone, Malone will be gone, and Jackson might retire. Then, we'll have a more balanced group of teams.

As much as the Lakers have 4 hall of famers, it's been the same way it's always been for LA: Shaq and Kobe. The bench for LA has been much more productive than either Malone or Payton combined.
I see LA winning in 6, but the only way the Pistons will win is if the series goes to 7.
