As far as I can see, turning off those options in the control panel doesn't actually disable the 5-click sticky key toggle function. You can disable the sticky keys themselves, but the 5-click remains.

You didn't look hard enough If you look in Settings, you'll see you can disable that shortcut too

Guu is right. You have to manually enter into those individual settings, uncheck them all, then click 'ok'

then hit shift as often as you want ^_^
