I only got all the weapons but only fully upgraded for Tidus, Auron, Yuna and Rikku.

Wakka's World Champion (Jupiter Crest and Sigil)
Kimahri's Spirit Lance (Saturn Crest and Sigil)
Lulu's Onion Knight (Venus Crest and Sigil)
Rikku's Godhand (Mercury Crest and Sigil)
