You knew exactly who would be nominated for each of the categories, and you had a pretty good idea of who would win the award, too. I have been informed (by an undercover informer of sorts) that Proto is going to be holding a "Sexiest Male Video Game Character" tournament to please the horny female members of EoFF. You'll have to wait until that one is over.

The votes are coming along nicely - 1563 votes so far. It always amazes me how competitive some of these things can be... I think this may be the most competitive year yet. Although I still don't think we'll ever beat the Most Likely To Be Pamela Anderson Ciddie where there were five people tied for second, just one vote behind the winner. Yikes. Or maybe a while back when Funniest Member took four tie breakers to finish off.*
EDIT: For anyone curiious: I received 1692 nominations from 60 members.
* If you're wondering how that works: I don't just give them the members tied for the lead, I give them the whole category. That way if someone is one vote behind the tied leaders, there's still a chance they can win if the first two tie-breakers vote for them.
