Well so far, Kadaj is teh m4n!!! Mainly because of his sword![]()
But you can pretty much bet your ass that chick in the scan is Aeris. Same outfit, hair, and the leather necklace are all the same.

Actually the SOLDIER uniform was purple, but if you're referring to the standard issue uniform to recruits who didn't make the cut for SOLDIER, then that is navy blue.
But if Aeris makes a guest appearance (not in the form of a flashback) I'll be pretty damn disappointed. Even though I loved her in the game, to use mind you, I'd still be a bit mad if they managed to bring her back. It'd be interesting, but I wouldn't like it that much.
As for Sephiroth, you pretty much knew first hand before any info was released, that they were gonna bring him back for the following reasons:It just makes sense that he'd be in there in some form. Aeris however will definately be in as a flash back. At least thats my view on things.
- Sephiroth rules
- He was afterall a huge part in the plot
- And how would it tie in otherwise?

Especially when you consider the reasons behind her death - I mean the real-life circumstances. Hironobu Sakaguchi's beloved mother has recently died, and Aeris' death was intended as a "reflection" of that. Reviving Aeris in a sequel would kind of cheapen the meaning behind her death in FFVII, both in real life and in terms of the game's plot.
