I use Paint Shop Pro, or, Paper and Pencil, sometimes Paper and Pen... The wallpaper on there is the only one on my account that uses Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. I used Photoshop because it loaded the brushes that I wanted to use. Normally, I don't use brushes.
