i agree totally. atkins and such are stupid. they are jsut for fat people who are to lazy to take charge of their lives so all they do is feel sorry for themselves. just go on a real F****ing diet. sorry if that is offensive to anybody, and i agree its a tad harshe but if people want to be thin they gotta do the frickin' work! goin on a diet that you know nothing about isnt gonna work, and in fact it will probably do more harm than good. i jsut wish peopel ahd a little more common sense at times..
