I'm in agreement, though I don't have any first hand experience with the "diet" (because I KNOW what's good for my body, thank you very much), but then entire concept is insane. I've had people try to justify the diet to me by telling me how much weight they've lost within so many months, but these people can't even have a freaking sandwich!
As mean as I'm about to sound, if you believe a carb-free existence is going to make you healthier in the long run, it's time to re-take some basic high school physical education and nutrition courses.
