Exactly! Eat healthily and partake in exercise; there's not much more too it. I wish people would concentrate on the exercise part a lot more than on trying to lose weight by diets. It's got to be a lifestyle change rather than a quick fad to lose a few pounds.
That's the thing - nobody wants to do any actual work to get what they want, so they just fall back on some shaky fad diet to solve all their problems.
