Which are your favourite enemies in terms of appearance/design? (Not what they are like to fight).
Mine are Behemoths, so cute and fluffy! And purple. Purple is always good. Especially the ones in Kingdom Hearts. I want one

Yep, ever since I saw them in FF2 (SNES, FFIV), Behemoths have been my favorite monster.

Well if your talking just general monster (not main enemies) then my favourite would be the Iguions from FF8, they were my favourite ever since I saw them in the FMV
Mine would just have to be Golbez of FFIV. He's just so good at looking bad.
EDIT: Also, Rubicant, if only for his personality. But also, he looks pretty sweet.

Elnoyles from FFVIII looked pretty sick.
Uh... Sanctuary Keeper and Omega Weapon (Th'uban and Nemesis) from FFX looked awesome too.
FFIV's Rubicant looked pretty hot.
FFVII's Turks (really, when human opponents actually looked like humans) were pretty stylish.
definitly any weapon design i fall in love with. Ultima, omega, ruby, emerald, diamond, sapphire, atma, nemesis. lovely.
ermm yep behemoths, any of tiamats incarnations. lich, red dragons, bahamat, damn too many!!!

Cactaurs..although seeing as how they are so F-ing fast in ff8 im starting to hate them....KH behemoth I had to fight too many times because he was guarding treasure chests at the end...so no he sucks
Cactuars there are cool looking and move funny.
