sort of a weird question?

paranoid but...

beginning of the game after getting the dressphere back: okay, right before i go to the bridge (because of the sudden announcement), i save. but it's only 3 % instead of 3.4%. i did everything though (talking to the people, resting, viewing the sphere, etc). when it says to talk to someone, do i talk to them only once, or until they've said everything they can possibly say? i just dont want to find out i missed something at the next save point (somewhere in gagazet), because i've already been through the beginning a lot. ick.

Only whole numbers are shown on the "percentage completed" thingy.
So if you've got 3.4%, it'll still only say 3.
Likewise, you can have 99.9%, but it won't say "100" till you actually get there
