edit: my bad its low carb diet! damniit, not card.


Man, its so stupid how people are so concerned on how many carbs there getting these days. Like I just saw this commerical and it was about this vitamin pill and it said, ''now with low carbs, plus the vitamins you need!''. An on fox news, there was this one segment/report on this wine, "this wine has 1 carb less the the other", and there all talking about if people can tell a difference. Like what the hell, its the same wine but the ''difference'' is 1 carb! WOW! 1 carb, is this actually news?

Its just that your body needs carbs, your muscles need carbs. With out carbs, your going to die.

I just think these dumb diets like atkins and low carb diets are dumb, people just go out and exercise for a change.

Plus, like a night before a game athletes would eat lots in carbs! Even in marathons, people would eat lots of carbs, so there muscles work right.
