I find newbies easier to recognize if they make a newbie thread that interests me. As for in nik0tines case, I can unfortunately say I haven't really noticed him all that much. Does a newbie thread make that much of a difference?

I dont believe I did make a newbie thread I believe I put in my first post that it was my first post and I got a few welcome messages tagged on with the replies afterwards (it was in the middle of a big thread) yet it didn't matter cause now I'm quite well known and have friends and I never got put off or sexored by PG...guess I was lucky. however after disappearing for around a year I got a few welcome back PMs from people.
