All I can think of at the moment is John Goodman playing Ward.

^Hmm..that's a good choice, too. I always saw Robin Williams as Cid, though.
Maybe it's just me, but I think Heath Ledger would be a pretty good Irvine. He's got the looks for a ladies` man, and I'm sure he could pull off an accent...if Irvine would have one....hmm....Beverley Mitchell, I think, would be a better Selphie...maybe. Catherine Zeta-Jones as Edea? She has a great deal of presence...meh.

While Amy Lee is gorgeous, she totally the wrong shape for Rinoa. She'd have to lose a HELL of a lot of weight to get to that childish skinny runt look. I'd say Heath Ledger would be better off playing perhaps Laguna. Sly Stallone as Ward, dunno who I'd cast as Kiros.

I think Amy Lynn Lee will be a great Rinoa. Look, Amy has that little something thing that make us look where she is. I like her! Jeez... That FFVIII casting is very confusing, but it's ok! ^^

^ I never really understood that, sicne Squall looks so different. In my opinion, at least. And if I went on first impressions, and started assuming things, i'd say they don't act anything alike either. Gackt=creepy. Meh. Jared Leto'sa good choice, me thinks.
