Cause for concern?

Hey all, just got something worrying me- wondered if you could help put my mind at ease.

Tried to register to playonline. I got all my personal details down and my registration code. When I went to put billing info my parent's card was rejected then my computer crashed meaning I lost my connection to playonline. When I try to register again will my code still be valid (technincally Im not registered) or do I need a new one (because it has been used once)?

Just need to know cos it could mean I need to buy it all over again. Advice? Answers? You know the drill. Thanks.

The registration code should still work just fine, I doubt you would have to buy it again, other wise contact the help people. :/
