There's definitely something to be said about "Global Over-reach" and America is certainly going to have to make some tough decisions in the coming months. Troops were recently pulled out of the Balkans, but as Professor Psych noted, troops are still spread quite a lot over a wide variety of places.
It will certainly be interesting to see how Bush and Kerry address this topic, as well as leaders of other nations who may be having the same problem.
