Joke/Humor Forum?

Okay now, hear me out. Say you have a joke or a fun thing you found on the web that you want to post. Would you post it in General Chat, or would it be better to make a Joke/Humor Forum? Just a suggestion, since it's up to you guys. Thanks for listening to/reading this.
Either way, it should be known that Mature Jokes should be marked as so. Mature, 18+, whatever gets the point across.
