As far as pornography goes, I agree with Unne. People have a right to view it, but people also have a right not to. I'd much rather allow people to access pornography over the internet than having it available like the stands all over New York City. While it's on the internet, people can choose to avoid it.
I believe, however, that sites need better protection. It's far to easy to access pornography on the web. I believe the only thing that should change is required identification and authentication of the viewer's age. Having a simple, "Those under the legal age should not view this material, blah, blah, blah." and then have a simple, "I am at or over the consenting age." button.
As for such things like pornography being wrong and immoral, tha'ts not really the point. Society has tossed morals down the drain. I don't consider myself a moral person, and I don't have very many morals of my own. Honestly, I think what someone does is that person's business alone unless affects another. If people want to look at porn, I don't care. If you think porn is so dirty and wrong, don't look at it. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people should thing it's so vile.
Divinity, you're making a lot of general statements. "Women are not that easy," you say, but maybe some are. I'm sure that sex obsessives aren't just men.
