You're welcome. Why is it the US response in all these things seems to be "BLOW 'EM UP!!!" rather than "Right, let's sit down and talk things out and if all else fails, THEN we BLOW 'EM UP!!!" Seriously, that Kosovo incident isn't even the first; because the US got trigger happy in Korea, we ended up having the Chinese push through to stop the US from getting too close to them.

Just another example of why the US military has a negative stereotype the world over.
