I just have my PS2 on the top of my TV, so it pretty much has to be horizontal. I have no problem with it being horizontal. My PS2 has had problems before ANYWAY, so I can't imagine the problems it would have if it was vertical.

And I found out about the logo thing about, say, 60 seconds ago when I tried it after you told me about it.

I like to read instruction manuals so I found out about the logo thing before even playing my first game. I keep it horizontal because I sometimes I have to jump between two floors so I put it on the carpet. It would be very easy to tip over if it was vertical on the carpet.

Horizontal is more stable and it's easier to insert the disc.

Well i guess it took me since the relese date to find out the PS logo will rotate. Thanks for that bit of info
