Soul Calibur 2. Inferno on Ultra Hard. Now I use the third party Logitech controller. When I drop it, it concaves the ground .

Out of your list though. I'd say Penance. So hard to get to. So hard to beat.

It would be Ozma. It took me somewhere around a week to just try and kill him. Then I waited anothwe week and beat him. He was so friggin hard for me.

The harder the boss is, the LESS annoyed I get. The easier the boss is, the MORE annoyed I get. However, the boss I ever really got annoyed at was Shinrryu ( That Dragon who's name I can't remember (FFV)) since the only way to beat him without leveling to lvl99 or something is to beat him in a easy, and not really but ALMOST cheap in my opinion, way.

Ozma annoyed me because he was so random. Plus I wanted to steal his crap and kept getting the snot beat out of me. I finally said screw it and Frog Dropped his punk ass.

Ozma was the worst for me, because he was the only enemy in Final Fantasy 9 that could actually "cheat" so to speak.

Every combatant in FF9 had to wait their turn to attack. Not Ozma. That bastard could go whenever he wanted. This could get extremely annoying and I thank the heavens he had only 65000 HP.
