chocobo's are too young?

Welll i have 2 S class, 1 blue and one green male and female chocobo. HAR HAR! so like evil chocobo billy's all like

"u shouldnt mate chocobo's that r just born" well they were born.. like... 10 hours ago!

And mah point is Icant get a black chocobo! mah chocobo's are NOT related!!!

how can I get that billy to let mah chocobo'c mate so i can get a black chocobo!?!?!?

You'll just have to kill some more time. I tend to use that time to get them to S Class racers or level up my characters.

I had that problem, but it seems that killing a few monsters worked... maybe it's not the time, but you have to walk so many steps or fight so many battles?

I'm pretty sure that what Jenova Rebirth told you will help you. I have also encountered this problem, and then just waited, and then finally bot Chocobo Billy to shut up.
