My sincerest condolences to you and your family, Proto. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss and I am thankful that I still haven't lost anyone dear to me yet. I can't imagine what it must be like for you having never experienced it before but I hope that with time, your sadness will mend.
I am so sorry for your lossCancer is really the worst thing in the world.
It's a dreadful thing to lose someone close to you, and the closer they are, the more painful it must be. I hope that your father can live on forever in your memory, and that you can ease your pain over time.

Very Sad. Tragic things happen in this world... try to not think about it to much or it may just feel even whorse.
I send my condolences to you and to all who knew him. Just remember that his physical form may be gone, but his spirit and soul still live on.
I really wish I knew what to say, I read it in your LJ this morning and couldn't think of anything that could help or make you feel better, I hope your ok...

R.I.P. Proto's father. I don't think anything I could say can comfort you, especially as I have no idea how you feel, but I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope you feel better soon.

:whaaa: I've adopted this smiley
I remember 4.5 years ago when my father passed away. It was somewhat expected. He had smoked for decades, but quit for a few years...but by then the cancer had already spread.
They say time heals all wounds, and not to sound clichish, but it's true. You should probably spend some time with your friends and just get away from online for a while.
I'm new here but I know what you must be going through. I lost my father to cancer when I was only nine years old. It's very tough at first, but I still keep him in my heart and every time I'm on the beach alone and the sun is just coming through the clouds and there is a nice breeze, I always think of the happy times I've had with him.
My condolences to you and your family.
