I really dislike X-2. It was too aimed at female audiences and the "you scored...!" was just annoying as hell. The only way I'd play a 3rd installment (even though it's not going to be created) is if it were more related to Shuyin and Lenne - as in you played one of them. They were the only reason I found X-2 interresting at all.
