Approximately 110,000 (Level 1)-1,100,000 (Level 100) (if you are looking for exact numbers, I don't think anyone could answer it without looking it up.) Might not be close enough though.

I'm assuming you are talking to me (even though I shouldn't but I looked up his health and it was about 111,000-1,160,000) so the level 1 110,000 guess was the closest.
Anyways, what limit break has the highest potential damage. (does not include limits that don't do any shown damage like the end)

chaos: Lionheart and Shockwave Pulsar are the highest damaging limit breaks if you have maxed stats, giving many slashes of 9,999 damage.
