What level do you usually beat this game at?

Do you max it out at 99, or do you try to keep it low, like 27?

I've beaten it once, but I can't remember what level I was at. Now, I'm around 40, just doing extra leveling because it's fun to watch the espers pump up my stats. I can go see Kefka any time now, I guess.

About when do ya'll usually take on the final battle? I'll probably go to lv. 50 just because it seems like a nice, round (Or possibly squarish?) number.


Note: 27 is a stab at what a low level victory might be. I have no idea how you'd beat it that early, but I haven't tried either. And, for all I know, 50 could be low, but I doubt it.

Which comes to a second question, just for s&gs. What's the lowes level you've beaten the game at? And with what party?

C'mon. I know there are maniacs who beat it with nobody but Strago at lv 6!

I normally beat it with my main guys in the 90's atleast. I like to beat the game like a dead horse.

The lowest I beat it was level 60~ish for everyone. It wasn't that hard at that level.

The lowest I ever beat this game at was in the low 30's. I usually beat it at lvl 50 or lower.

Yeah. I went ahead and stopped leveling around 45. I just beat the game, my dudes leveled a little in the final place, but not much. I'm gonna go for low levels now.

I play until I have all of the best equipment, all of the spells learned on everyone and I've progressed the (anti)plot that is the WoR, which usually leaves me around level 65-70 when I go beat Kefka, although I've done an optimized stats (lvl99) and a LLG (lvl 16).

I agree with Thornaxe in that I believe the appropriate level to be when completing this game is in the field of 65-70.

i think i beat it with my characters in the 40s or 50s... i can't remember... but it was fairly easy.
