I guess for the nintendo system FF3 was my fave. FF1 and FF2 were just a little prehistoric for me but I still enjoyed them...but can someone introduce me to FF4...I don't know much about it...agh this is kind of embarressing

Well, it's pretty hard... >_> It has a good storyline and it's short, in my opinion. But the characters are introduced well and the music's great. So you should definitly play it!

Well, hi people, I'm new in this forum. I'm from Costa Rica, and I'm a appasionated fan of Final Fantasy 6. But the 4 isn't too bad. I'm playing it!!

Final Fantasy IV made Final Fantasy what it is today (Aside from FFX-2). It was the break through game in the series.

I'm Ok about that. The FF4 has made a great revolution in the playing of the FF Saga, in grafics, music, etc.

final fantasy 4 is my favorite game and also the best imo. the characters are great well most of em. kain cecil yang edge rydia palom n porom are really good. but the others i didnt like that much. yea rosa was helpful but i didnt like her. tellah was good but 90 mp PSHHH. edward? need i say more? cid was awesome and great comic relief (along with palom) but not that great in battle. fusoya was good but u dont have him long. but yea kain is the best. GREAT GAME!

hey um don't bother with FF4 unless you play on the computer or the nintendo cause the PS version will drive you insane. The load time was horrendous. Saving was terrible it took like 2 minutes. For some reason I think the ps version lags too. I'll get hit alot morebefore I can even make my move. Oh yeah, the magic is crappy in the game and you never have enough money. and um the random battles are super annoying especially when the dungeon is really small, it's ridiculous. I didn't like the worldmap or the lack of a world map I mean. In my opinion 4 would have to have been the worst. I really liked ff5 I think you should try that.

Yeah, don't listen to him. I played the PS version, and it's excellent. One of the best games out there. The early parts of the game aren't that great, after the game progresses a tad, it becomes on of the greatest games ever. It's not better than FF6, but if you don't play this game, you are an idiot.

Yeah, it's pretty much a gamer's rite of passage, much like Super Mario Bros. and Donkey Kong. Also, depending on who you listen to, another one is either Mega Man 2 or Mega Man 3.
