I love outkast full stop. I like both, my favourite songs are Roses, Hey Ya! and The way you move, so I guess I would pick the love below
I like the Love Below. As already said, it has better songs.
The Love Below. Hey Ya!, Roses, Dracula's Wedding, Spread, She Lives in my Lap, all good songs.
Although The Rooster is one of my favorite songs on both those CDs.

Outkast rock, I like Hey Ya and Roses the most. So The Love Below then.
The love below. I like most any Outkast though.
Both. I do like The Love Below more though, like "she lives in my lap", "pink and blue", "take off your cool", "vibrate'' and "prototype" is my fav.... And Speakboxxx, "unhappy'', "church", "knowing", and ''reset'' is my fav.

Hmm, the CD I've heard the most is The Love Below but I don't know if it's the one I like the most? I mean, I've not even listened through the entire Speakerboxxx album so I can't really state my opinion on that one.
I haven't really heard much Outkast so I don't have a very valid opinion.
But from what I have heard I think I'd prefer The Love Below.
