I think you guys should lower the file size restriction with the sigs, i noticed how a lot people dont have pictures for there sig. I have no problem with the hight and width requirements but the file size always bites me in the ass.

Total file size of all images combined must not exceed 50 KB (51,200 bytes).
i dont think you understand what im saying. im saying i think you should make it so the filesize maximum is like 100k or somthin like that cause its hard to make a decent sig that fits under 50k

Umm... I've been making sigs for a while now and 50k is always more than enough ;p If your having problems sizing the image, go to the Signature thread and someone there will help you with the problem.

actually im not the one who makes my sigs, i have a friend do them but whenever i get a sig back from him they are all normally about 200k. but maybe thats just cause he makes them kinda long, i think the sig i wanted to post barly fit the hight and length limits.

Can you post the signature into this thread? Maybe someone can help you find a way to make it smaller in byte-size.As for it being hard to make a sig that fits within the size limits - everyone else (or at least most of them) has managed to do it just fine. My sig, along with a lot of other sigs which all look great, are all within the limits.

If he's a decent sig maker, you should be able to tell him the limits, and he'll be able to work to them without any problem like the rest of us can

Uhm, whatever Arche said. The rest of us don't have a problem with it, and if we raise the size limit it'll create more problems by slowing everyone down.
i decided not to use the really big sig, it didnt go to well with the FF feel in the message board. But i do have another sig that i made.......... with the paint program. i think it looks good for having been done in paint
Its too big because its a bitmap (.bmp) image. You're probably going to want a .jpeg image.
I've attached a copy that's well within the signature limits.
I have a question, is it only admins who can edit signatures and ban people? If so, hypethetically speaking, if I were to oh let's say hypethetically stick hardcore porn in my signature while no admins were online, that porn would then stay up until an admin came online, right? Hypethetically.
