How to take a screenshot of your desktop: In Windows, press the PrintScreen key on your keyboard, open up a graphics program of any sort, paste from the clipboard (CTRL+V), and save the file as a jpeg or png. In Linux, use the Gimp, or scrot, or import, etc. etc. In OSX, I don't know.
