The top one looks cooler, but the bottom one stays more with the original logo. I honestly don't know which one I'd use, if I were you.

I like them. How can you put an animated gif into a picture?

I dont know if i can explain that great but this is how I do it

1.Get Sig and gif
2.Use an animation program(i use animation3 or some trout like that)
3.Count the frames
4.Make the same amount of sig frames as gif frames
5.Paste Gif frame 1 to sig frame 1, Gif frame 2 to sig frame 2, etc
6.Erase the gif backround if there is one
